I wasn't a David Cook fan in the beginning but he grew on me. He worked hard and it became obvious that he has what it takes to be American Idol. I can't tell you how many times I voted Tuesday night. My daughter and I grabbed our cell phones and sent 'vote' messages over and over again to 5701. Daughter eventually crashed but me...well, I stayed up until midnight. Evidently, I wasn't the only one who sat up texting votes for 'Cookie." :)Congratulations, David Cook. I'm so thrilled for you and proud of you. Prayers going up for your family and your future.

LOL! I'm glad to know you're an Idol fan too! This is the first season I've ever watched and the guy I wanted to win WON!
I was rooting for the young lady who was eliminated just before the two Davids went head-to-head. And, would you belive now I can't even think of her name?
